Files and directories
Where a Linux installation made with deploy/install.sh and deploy/polarbot.service keeps everything. Nothing else is written: logs go to the journal, and flagged messages are never stored.

/etc/polarbot/discord_token.cred | The discord_token credential, encrypted with systemd-creds (mode 0600). See Credentials. |
/etc/polarbot/discord_client_secret.cred | The discord_client_secret credential, encrypted with systemd-creds (mode 0600). See Credentials. |
/etc/polarbot/oauth_key.cred | The oauth_key credential, encrypted with systemd-creds (mode 0600). See Credentials. |
/etc/systemd/system/polarbot.service | The systemd unit (from deploy/polarbot.service). |
/var/lib/polarbot/ | The data directory (StateDirectory=polarbot, mode 0700). With DynamicUser=yes systemd keeps it in /var/lib/private/polarbot and links /var/lib/polarbot to it. |
/var/lib/polarbot/polarbot.db | The SQLite database, in WAL mode (so also polarbot.db-wal and polarbot.db-shm). See Database. |
/var/lib/polarbot/threatlists/destroylist.txt | Cached threat list destroylist (one domain per line). Loaded at startup, replaced after every successful refresh. |
/var/lib/polarbot/threatlists/discord-phishing-links.txt | Cached threat list discord-phishing-links (one domain per line). Loaded at startup, replaced after every successful refresh. |
/var/lib/polarbot/adultlists/stevenblack-porn.txt | Cached adult-site list stevenblack-porn (one domain per line). |
/var/backups/polarbot/polarbot-<UTC stamp>.db | Database backups made by install.sh before every install (with -wal/-shm when present, mode 0600). The 10 newest are kept. |
